Jeff’s Bagel Run said Wednesday it has signed a deal with franchisee Fresh Bagel Holdings LLC to open nine shops in Clearwater. A different franchisee is bringing two locations to Tampa, including a location at 3810 W. Neptune St. in South Tampa.
