Craft products. A proven system.

A morning ritual guests love.

Every Jeff's Bagel Run franchise is built on the same foundation: scratch-made bagels, a single-shift operation, and a technology platform that runs the entire business from one screen.

Au-dough-mation.

One integrated system connects every order channel, app, in-store, Uber Eats, DoorDash, through a platform built in-house. You don't stitch it together. It comes with the franchise.

Simple by design. Profitable by nature.

One Shift Labor Model.

6:30 AM to 2:00 PM daily. Reduced labor costs, simplified scheduling, concentrated peak demand. Better for employees, better for operators, easier to manage at scale.

Menu icon

One Menu, Done Right.

A tightly edited menu of scratch-made bagels, spreads, and coffee. Every item made in-store every day. Small menu, deep margins, zero shortcuts.

Au-dough-mation connects every order channel through a single integrated system built in-house. You don't stitch it together. It comes with the franchise.

App & Loyalty

Your guests build loyalty. You build a business.

The Jeff's Bagel Run app isn't just a loyalty program — it's an operations and retention tool built into the platform. Customer data and demand signals flow back to you in real time, giving you visibility into what's working and what to bake next.

JBR x Otus Coffee together
Otus Coffee

Come for the bagels. Stay for the coffee.

No other franchise at this investment level gives you a vertically integrated coffee program from a roaster you own. The Otus acquisition means quality and consistency are controlled from bean to cup — across every location, at every scale.

Otus beans are roasted in-house and served at every JBR location. The pairing of a fresh-boiled bagel with properly roasted coffee isn't an afterthought. It's the whole point.
